Biographical / Historical

Born in Wesley, Texas in August 28, 1918, D. B. (Delphine Ben) Grimm was a realtor and real estate appraiser based in Pasadena, Texas. He completed fee appraisals for the Veterans Administration, Federal Housing Authority, and the Texas Highway Department. He also served as the Executive Secretary for the Pasadena Real Estate Board. Grimm died on August 28, 1983.
