Biographical / Historical
Fred Talbott Wilson was born in Houston on October 2, 1912. He graduated from the Rice Institute. In 1938, along with fellow former classmate, S.I. Morris, started the architectural firm Wilson, Morris, Crain, and Anderson. Notable designs in Houston, Texas include the Astrodome, the Houston Club, the Houston Chronicle building, the Howell Building, and the United States Post Office-Downtown. Wilson died on September 26, 1987.
