Barrie Scardino Architectural Research Papers
This collection is comprised of research materials for her books and projects about Houston architecture. It features materials from the Texas Historical Commission’s Historical Properties Survey, Rice Design Alliance’s Heart of the Park Competition, and Rice University’s Architectural Survey. Items include notes, brochures, slides, photos, press articles, letters and correspondence.

Esperson Building Collection
The Esperson Building Collection consists of specifications, newspaper special issues for building openings, newspaper clippings, an unbound scrapbook, and photographs detailing the construction and opening of the Esperson buildings in downtown Houston in the 1920s and 1940s. The photos are of the construction with indoor and outdoor shots, as well as the completed building, including a night shot.

Houston Housing Authority Records
The collection contains correspondence, legal records, newspaper clippings, maps, contracts, periodicals, various types of ephemera, and reports documenting the development of public housing projects in Houston. Of note there are several photographs and negatives taken by the photographer Bob Bailey, and documentation resignation of the architect John F. Staub.

Also included are documents relating to partnership initiatives, contracts and purchase orders, and technology additions and upgrades to the library system.

Joseph Finger Papers
The Joseph Finger collection houses negatives and photographs of buildings and residences as well as architectural drawings from his firm. The images were copied from a publication, Architecture and Design: a Selection of Work by Joseph Finger, Inc. from July 1940. This periodical was not donated, but provided for duplication and returned.

The Ken Breisch Collection consists of 60, 35mm slides showing buildings and streets in Fourth Ward Houston, Texas between 1983 and 1999. Images were taken by Ken Breisch. Includes images of streets which include Ruthven Street, Matthews Street, Andrews Street, and Robin Street.

Maurice J. Sullivan Papers
This collection is composed of correspondence, specifications, drawings, photographs, and other materials created during the process of many projects by Maurice Sullivan and his architectural partners. While the collection contains a few items related to the personal life of Sullivan the majority is focused on the work of his firms. This collection also contains documents relating to Sullivan's role as Treasurer for the American Institute of Architects.

Roy W. Leibsle Papers
This collection includes architectural specification books belonging to Roy W. Leibsle, A.I.A, for the Houston Municipal Airport (1949, 1950), Woodland Park Recreational Building (1948), Hartman Park Recreational Building (1953), Roberts Elementary School (1947), and Jefferson Davis High School (1949). Of note, is a set of specifications for the construction of Houston City Hall (1937).

This collection is comprised of two architectural models of homes that are no longer extant in Houston. Both models are made from wood and papier-mâché.
Third Church of Christ Scientist Architectural Records
This collection is entirely comprised of one book of architectural specifications by the architectural firm of Jonas & Tabor, one architectural rendering of the church by artist E. M. "Buck" Schiwetz, and one photograph of the building after construction.
