The Esperson Building Collection consists of specifications, newspaper special issues for building openings, newspaper clippings, an unbound scrapbook, and photographs detailing the construction and opening of the Esperson buildings in downtown Houston in the 1920s and 1940s. The photos are of the construction with indoor and outdoor shots, as well as the completed building, including a night shot.

The Paul Hester Photographs contains three major groups:Series A: Using a retrofitted R. B. Cycle Graphic from the Folmer and Schwing Division of the Eastman Kodak Co., Hester teamed with Curtis Beane and a writer on a project to photograph locations that had been shown in early 1900s panoramic photos in various HMRC collections.
